YOUR PRESENCE IN ME

(by Caleb W. Stroud)

Like a fresh rain

Or a cool breeze

Like a gentle wave

Lapping at my feet

Is Your presence,

Is Your presence,

God Your presence in me!

~~~~~
You are sunlight
That shines so bright,
God You overwhelm
The beasts of night
By Your presence,
Oh Your presence,
God Your presence in me!
~~~~~

Holy God, be lifted up!

All creation sings Your praise,

God we worship You always…

Holy God, draw near to us!

For Your love is worth much more

Than the treasures of this world…

Holy God, righteous Father,

Be glorified in me!

~~~~~
You’re the One I’ve come
To trust and know;
How I long to feel
And just behold
Your presence,
Yes Your presence,
God Your presence in me!
~~~~~

I will drink deep

From Your holy cup,

For I know that You

Will fill it up

With Your presence,

Oh Your presence,

God Your presence in me!

~~~~~
Holy God, be lifted up!
All creation sings Your praise,
God we worship You always…
Holy God, draw near to us!
For Your love is worth much more
Than the treasures of this world…
Holy God, righteous Father,
Be glorified in me!
Holy God, righteous Father,
Be glorified in me!
